The Scala family has been purveyors of authentic, hand-baked Italian pastries for over 70 years.  Originating in Naples, Italy and brought to Brooklyn by way of Giuseppe Scala, grandfather of Belle.  The Scala Family has successfully owned and operated multiple bakeries throughout Brooklyn, Long Island and New Jersey filling their shops with an array of traditional pastries, cookies, cakes and breads. 

           

Three decades later, the family business is returning to its New York City roots with its latest venture, Café Belle.  Everything is made in house using Grandpa's recipes - an authentic italian cafe in the heart of downtown NYC with a modern twist.
